Exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Change Manager Communication to work within the corporate organisation Our client is currently seeking a Senior Business Change Communication Manager to join their Business Transformation team to develop and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the Transformation Programme across the entire organisation. As the Senior Business Change Communications Manager your key role will be to: Define the transformation communication strategy including core narrative Define and own the stakeholder engagement plan, for both internal and external stakeholders Own all core comms material and content related to the transformation programme Provide advice and guidance on communications to the head of transformation and the executive team Develop and refresh Programme communications including clear audience and channel plans Define and deploy communications process, toolkit Provide change communication advice to the business to ensure that specific communications are aligned to the overall narrative. Build engagement and commitment across the organisation The Senior Business change Communication Manager will have the following Skills, qualifications, expertise and experience Proven experience is leading business change communication in complex transformation programmes Proven significant corporate/internal communications experience Able to demonstrate ground-breaking, award winning work and inspiring evidence of successful team management Experience in delivery cultural change A solid, bold, creative mind Strength and evidence of strategic planning, thinking and delivery Proven success in managing the communication aspects of change Excellent conceptual, written and oral communications skills- able to write effective copy across a number of styles and channels Proven experience in using a variety of media. Understanding of measurement and evaluation tools, techniques and standards Strong influencer and communicator able to operate at all levels in the organisation and across cultural boundaries. Able to quickly foster powerful relationships and promote best practice Excellent strategic planning, project management co-ordination and organisational skills - able to complete tasks on time working to fixed deadlines This job was originally posted as
