Brief: West One Recruiters are looking for a talented Project Manager to join a well established vaping company based in NW London. This is a new position due to company growth with a view to build a team around the right candidate. If successful, you will be contacted by our client directly. Responsibilities: Fulfills steering and monitoring operations duties (responsible for planning, monitoring project activity progress, risk management, during project operations). Responsible for the delivery of a managed portfolio of change projects/programmes for ecommerce and digital development that deliver tangible benefits to the division, meet security, quality, time and financial constraints. Has worked in an agile scrum environment Produce and deliver against the above with supporting project plans and key milestones. Improve the team's capability in rapid application development and ensure the appropriate development methodology is employed on each project. Management of third party relationships Work with key internal stakeholders to create an effective ecommerce and digital strategy, particularly in terms of user experience and customer journey optimisation Maintaining a technical understanding of solutions Offers advice and shares his expertise with the project team. Handles what "still needs to be done" for the project: knows exactly what has been achieved and what remains to be done. Establishes the KPIs necessary to provide visibility regarding the project's progress Uses KPIs to anticipate project drifts and alerts the Ecommerce Manager as needed. Handles client relationships during operations: builds the link between client and project team, handles project feedback, takes part in COPIL, for which he is capable of recording the minutes and having them confirmed by the client. Takes part in defining and implementing action plans intended to anticipate risks and manage problem situations, in order to ensure both profitability and satisfaction. Takes part in the negotiation of addenda with regard to an extension of the project scope. Knows how to implement and enforce “change request” mechanisms. Requirements: Significant experience (>3 years) managing ecommerce projects Experience of working with Agile approaches Proven track record in delivering medium to large scale web projects including the full development lifecycle from requirements to development to testing, implementation and benefits realisation Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to simplify complex technical information for a business customer Solid experience of working with business stakeholders to define a web/ecommerce strategy and the projects to deliver it Strong understanding of web and digital technologies Ability to write functional and technical specs, creating site maps and process flows Consistently demonstrate diplomacy, problem solving and decisiveness Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality Experience in successfully managing interactive/web project budgets and schedules Ability to pro-actively identify issues and risks and recommend appropriate solutions Desirable Skills/Experience: Scrum certified Project Management certification Good knowledge of MSOffice including Project Advance knowledge of JIRA This job was originally posted as
