MI Manager (Leeds/North West) This is an exciting new role with one of MBN’s most established clients. This position is responsible for the delivery and design of MI and analysis across a range of key metrics. As an MI Manager you will be responsible for the management of a team of MI specialists ensuring the delivery of data driven solutions. To be successful in this role you will be an expert SAP Business Objects 4 user with the ability to train, use and deploy its functionalities within business operations. Role Profile: Oversee the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly MI whilst delivering continuous improvement across the operation. Lead and advise the business on key measures and drivers and bring to life the data to guide the decision making process. Owns the MI mechanism and processes that directly supports the relevant commercial reporting requirements. Provide intelligence to the business on current position against targets and the drivers influencing the difference between the two. Work closely with senior leadership to deliver a consultative service on the key revenue and cost drivers. Help design data models to predict customer churn and customer lifetime values using statistical modeling software. Manage and lead a team of MI specialists to successfully deliver efficient and successful outputs which deliver business impact. Implement new reporting toolkits. Key Skills and Experience: Demonstrable MI experience at a senior level. This will include planning, production, strategy and implementation in addition to direct line management responsibilities. Lean Six Sigma trained (or understanding). Advanced user of Business Objects XI / BO4 Microsoft products. Proven Statistical Analysis (experience using statistical modelling software). Direct Experience in a result driven Information environment in the field of Management Information. Extensive experience of monitoring & delivery of Business Unit performance KPIs, reports, MI data and dashboards. Strong verbal & written communication skills including ability to present and influence at all levels.
