Application Service Manager / Application Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, Application Incident Management, Service Delivery, Service Improvement, Change Management, MIS Reporting. Contract, 6 Months, City of London, 275 - 295 P/Day Global Corporation seeks an Application Service Manager / Application Service Delivery Manager to lead engagement with the development partners to ensure the delivery of production incident and service request tickets to SLA and key measures. You will engage with development & business partners to identify areas of problem and incident management and ensure remediation action is scheduled, undertaken & deployed across a range of applications. Your focus will be Application Service Delivery but you will liaise with ITIL focussed infrastructure teams: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc. The Application Service Manager / Application Service Delivery Manager will engage with IT Services to ensure application maintenance changes and fixes are scheduled & deployed efficiently in line with Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes, manage major incidents through to resolution by leading co-ordination between relevant development partners and IT Services teams and report to senior management stakeholders on a regular basis. Finally you will coordinate with Release Management teams and provide budgetary management support using the Clarity project management tool. We are searching for an ITIL focussed Service Delivery Professional who has worked within ITIL Frameworks and undertaken the role of either Application Service Manager / Application Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager focussed on software and application development projects. You will have worked within a large-scale corporate environment with multiple vendors and development partners and have previously identify and areas for incident improvement within software applications and been able to deliver efficiency gains. You will ideally possess an ITIL foundation certification, have worked on multiple large-scale application delivery projects, be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement experience and have a proven understanding of a mix of SSADM, Waterfall, RUP, AGILE, LEAN etc. Exceptional communication skills are pre-requisite.
