Michael Page are currently working with a leading fashion retailer based in Greater Manchester looking for an Email Marketing Executive, also in charge of the eCRM system and customer retention. Client Details This Email Marketing Executive position is within a longstanding fashion retailer based in Greater Manchester. The role is joining a large digital team, reporting into the Head of Online. Description The role involves completely taking charge of the customer database, devising campaigns that will best use the extensive database, and work alongside other company campaigns and promotions. The company offers clear routes to progression with defined targets for promotion. The main duties are as follows: Devise Email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention. Report on success of these campaigns. Work alongside the rest of the digital function to create integrated campaigns. Build and maintain a close relationship with the merchandising team to align emails with seasonal campaigns. Test & Optimise all email campaigns. This role is not your average Email Marketing Executive position, with much more responsibilities than simply sending out emails to customers. Profile The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience with managing a retail database. A commercial mindset and strength with numbers.
