Senior Business Development Manager / National Sales Manager Highly Competitive Salary £70,000 OTE Company Car OR Car Allowance Fuel Card Mobile Laptop Pension Company Benefits Sector: Security Monitoring Services / Monitoring and Response Solutions Based: National Role This is an opportunity to earn an exponential salary whilst working for a highly established provider of Monitoring Services as part of a total security solution including Monitoring Services via their flagship fully operating and accredited ARC combined with security systems, both installation and maintenance, mobile patrol, security guarding and a newly launched lone worker system. This business sits as a recognised leader in innovation amongst their competitors for technology solutions. The Monitoring centre designed and fully hosted in house by the client is up to date with cutting edge technology due to the progressive nature of the organisation as a whole where newly available solutions are concerned. The control room is fully accredited to the highest standard from the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) awarding body. The technology systems in use within the monitoring centre include Sentinel Plus and the cloud based Immex system. Role Responsibilities: • Responsibility for implementing a sales growth strategy • Management of the preferred installer partner network (should this be a chosen line of new business generation) • Ensuring your on-going training and career development to ensure an improving, competent and up to date skill set and competency level within both the technical knowledge element of the role and senior level sales skills, the business invests heavily in employee advancement and therefore you will constantly develop your skills • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers • Attending networking functions • Working with colleagues to ensure cross selling opportunities are maximised • Champion positive customer oriented culture through all areas of the business The successful candidate should have the ability to exercise their role in the pursuit of achievement of the group strategy as a whole. Person and Skills Required: • New business B2B sales skills • Understanding of Monitoring services and installer partner networks is highly advantageous additional knowledge of integrated systems is essential including but not limited to: CCTV, Access Control, Alarm / Intruder, Gates and Barriers, Monitoring, Lone worker is of course beneficial though not absolutely essential • Financially astute • Demonstrable commercial acumen • Integrity and openness • Previous experience of networking blue chip clientele • Strong communication skills at all levels The successful candidate should have the skills to influence and negotiate for which you will be rewarded highly both with exponential financial remuneration and professional development.
