Service Desk Analyst Northumberland £10 per hour Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their existing IT Team. Duties/Responsibilities and Knowledge required - · Taking first line calls and consulting Knowledge base/ helpdesk to see if this is a recurring issue that can be solved by following a script or a previous fix. · Standard Microsoft understanding · Triaging of calls categorising/prioritising and assigning them to the two sections. · Providing first line for walk-ups when end users are “chasing” tickets. · Migrating documents from unorganised folder structures and building transforming them into proper SOP’s for the knowledge base. · Cleansing internal asset data to aid in providing complete reports. This temporary assignment will initially be on a 6 week contract but is likely to be extended. You must be free to start immediately and have previous Service Desk experience.
