The ideal candidate will have had previous service desk experience with hands-on experience of the following technologies: Must have proven experience of the following: MS Windows Windows 7, 8 MS Office 2007 or later MS Windows Server 2008 or later MS Exchange 2007 or later In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of diplomacy and tact. As a member of a close knit Technical Support Services team you will be required to interact with technical and sales staff both on site with customers as well as internally.
