PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Raising the new concerns into internal management system. Concern closure on internal system - review the 8D reports. Updates of Customer Concern management Tracker. Control the Batch and Hold system. Controlling system documentation. SAP - raising the PO, authorisation/rejection the quality debit notes. Preparing reports: Quality of Service - 5 different reports eQOS online QRCM and 6M Lean Indicators PPAP Tracker - Weekly meeting Update all communications and postings for production meetings General support for Customer Support Engineers 5S Audit champion. Ordering the quality items needed. Uploading the new forms, work instructions, procedures into the company home page. Education / Qualifications Required: One to Two years experience in a quality environment. Experience Required: Previous experience of working in an automotive, manufacturing environment in a similar role. Skills Required: Good verbal and written communication skills, especially as it pertains to technical writing. Familiarity with MS Office application. Must be detail oriented and able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks as well as be personable and able to interact effectively with many different functional groups. Proficient with SAP software.
