Position: Service Desk Analyst Location: Sunbury, Middlesex Salary: Excellent - Dependent on Experience The Company: Our client is a growing IT services company specialising in providing bespoke IT Support to Hospitality, Retail and Leisure customers in the UK & Europe, provided by a team of Analysts and Account Specialists with operational and systems knowledge drawn from these sectors. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their passionate, caring and driven team based on their busy Service Desk in Sunbury, Middlesex. The successful candidate must have a strong command of the English language - the ability to also speak fluently in either Spanish or Italian would be a distinct advantage. The Service Desk Analyst Role: The main purpose of this Service Desk Analyst role is to be the first point of contact for all customers, and to take ownership of queries from initial contact to call closure. Due to their strong belief in developing staff, no previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The Ideal Candidate: In order to be successful in this Service Desk Analyst role, you should be keen, and able to demonstrate a willingness to learn.
