The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Manager to join our team in Kent. Reporting into the Head of Development, you will be responsible for leading Software Development teams to deliver outstanding and valuable technology solutions for the business, creating a manageable pipeline of work for the teams. You’ll work in a highly iterative and agile environment with very close Product Management engagement. We strive for test automation as default and quality products to be delivered within all iterations. About you To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to possess and demonstrate compelling leadership skills and have experience in driving the effectiveness of teams.
