A well respected education provider has an opportunity for a friendly and flexible Website Administrator to join their Bedford site. This is a key role within the organisation, as the successful candidate will provide vital web administration support, as well as assisting with the ongoing enhancement of the existing website which currently houses an extensive range of interactive learning tools, with a particular focus on the continual improvement of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). In addition, you will be responsible for providing some adhoc deskside support, which could include setting up and maintaining equipment, such as printers or mobile devices. Please ensure that any experience with the following is clearly indicated on your CV: HTML WordPress Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign Google Analytics Mailchimp Windows 7, MS Office 2007/2010 Knowledge of Moodle or similar Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) would strongly support your application. Whilst the site is commutable from Bedford, Dunstable and Milton Keynes, there are limited public transport links, so it is essential that you can drive and have your own vehicle. Working in a busy and varied environment, this role would suit a bright and proactive person with a positive, 'can do' attitude, who is looking to join a supportive organisation. This is a permanent position offering up to £25,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.
