1st Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst - Central London - up to £25,000 plus substantial benefits Close to Farringdon and the Barbican stations A highly respected and established organisation has a new opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be the 1st point of contact for IT queries, and will be responsible for providing 1st line and some 2nd line support to users in the London office, escalating to a remote team when necessary. You will be accountable for hardware and software maintenance, system upgrades and testing, user training, and ad hoc projects as required. In order to be considered you must have commercial experience with all or most of the following: Windows 7, Windows 8 and / or Windows 10 MS Office Active Directory and Exchange Hardware troubleshooting While not essential it would certainly support your application should you have experience with Windows Server 2003 / 2008, telephony systems (Avaya, Mitel), virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware), and TCP/IP networking. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise an individual workload. Benefits include a 35 hour working week, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an excellent pension.
