Reward Specialist - contract in Chippenham Client Details Global company based in Chippenham. Description As a Reward Specialist you will supporting current team with salary reviews, salary survey completions and the design, completion and delivery of total reward statements as well as: Salary planning - modelling, recommendations and administration Harmonisation of reward and benefits - project manage and deliver Harmonisation of job titles and levels - project manage and deliver Job evaluation (preferably experience of Hay) Total reward statements - data collation, input, respond to provider Q&As Share schemes Profile As a Reward Specialist you will be: Qualified to a minimum of degree level or equivalent with previous experience of operating as a Reward Manager/Consultant Highly IT literate with previous experience of working with HR reporting systems and excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent analytical skills Good Coaching skills Commercial awareness and understanding of the drivers of business performance and profitability To be able to provide commercially viable and creative solutions in a timely manner Ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders across all elements of the business Collaborative and inclusive - able to work with colleagues from all areas of the business in particular with other colleagues within business services to provide united solutions Job Offer Competitive rates based on experience. 3 months initially with potential extension This job was originally posted as
