Skills: Data Manipulation - The candidate will have a very high level of SQL and data manipulation skills. At the moment this includes email segmentation, lifetime value models, RFM models and recommendation models. You will have a good understanding of these kinds of models and be able to execute them in an SQL environment. Data - The candidate will good working knowledge of the types of data used in an ecommerce company and how to draw insight from all of them. You will be able to clean and sanitise data and know how to use it to track and understand all areas of a business Strong analytical skillset - They will be able to draw complex conclusions from data and excel at communicating this analysis to a senior audience. They will be expected to perform the functions of lead analyst on most high level projects as well as consulting on data and analysis from all areas of the business Experience: Managing a team - The candidate will have experience leading a BI/analytical team within an organisation, including managing senior stakeholders and growing and developing junior analysts. The team will be expanding into new areas of the business in 2017 so experience recruiting would be a plus Managing data infrastructure and ETL - The candidate will have a good understanding of how a data warehouse operates and be able to manage all aspects of an ETL.
