We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Analysis and Insight to lead the analytics and database team for a national leading retail and eCommerce company in Nottingham. The company has a huge amount of data, coming from digital and traditional sources and this role will give you the opportunity to help shape how the company uses this data in their decision making and across the business. Main Responsibilities: Manage the Analytics and Database team-based Work closely with a media agency to ensure the right level of analysis are being delivered to Media teams Manage quarterly forecasting with the agency and internal teams Marketing budget management Developing and monitoring performance measures, sector analysis and benchmarking Support the implementation of a Data Management Platform The successful candidate will have: Senior experience of market analysis with a strong track record University degree Knowledge of databases Excellent Excel skills with the ability to extract data and use reporting tools to analyse and present data Excellent communicate skills with the confidence to engage and present to senior management Strong Google Analytics experience Experience using IMS is desirable however not essential If this sounds interesting, please apply immediately for a confidential discussion.
