A Customer Insight Manager or Commercial Business Analyst with experience of understanding customer behaviours is required to work directly with the board(Sales, Marketing and Commercial Director) of this £Multi-Million energy, utilities and financial service business. SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 BENEFITS: Large company benefits We envisage commutable locations to be: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Kettering, Daventry, Leicester, Banbury. Due to an accelerated growth phase across their UK business we require a commercially minded Customer Insight Manager, Business Analyst or Marketing and Sales Analyst to support the business in understanding their customer behaviours. JOB SPECIFICATION: Your role as Customer Insight Manager / Consumer Insight Manager / Customer Business Analyst will be to support the senior management team with the targeting of the UK market, from a customer journey, sales support, revenue generation and 3-5 year strategy. Your will be responsible for but not restricted to the following tasks:- Work with sales & marketing teams to identify trends and develop new strategies to acquire new customers. Implement and develop models to support marketing, online & content teams ensuring brand and service messaging is aligned to the correct segments and audiences. Under go thorough investigation to truly understand how the organisations target market ticks Work with the consumer teams to understand and define the consumer journey and product range to maximise revenues. Work with the UK sales data to understand the consumer behaviour and improve the focus and ensure the best possible channels to focus the marketing and sales strategy. Use segmentation across all channels to improve relevance and response. Continuously improve the market research and insight and analysis process across the UK business. Build solid working relationships with the UK management teams to ensure first class collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: Customer Insight Manager / Consumer Insight Manager You’ll be a commercially minded senior consumer insight manager with the drive and attitude to genuinely improve and drive change in a fast paced environment.
