Payroll Administrator - Hertfordshire - £26,000 HR Administrator (Payroll, Time, Finance) - Borehamwood, near Watford, Hertfordshire - up to £26,000. Joining a highly regarded and expanding business, reporting to the HR Systems Manager you will be tasked with the continued upkeep of the critical HR and Payroll System, Kronos. This is an excellent and interesting role at a leading employer, with over 500 employees and a large number of contractors. They are seeing considerable growth, and are undergoing some positive changes and investing heavily in that growth. They have recently implemented a new HR system (Kronos), and are therefore looking for a strong HR Administrator to join the team. Organisation and administration are the crucial elements of this role, from entering data into the system, to checking on specific data to ensure accuracy of hours, leave and project work. In addition you will work with the teams to ensure that the data within the system is clean, assigned correctly, error free and cleansed when necessary. Further, you will provide reports on the information for departments management members and set rules for employee types. You should have experience of working with an internal HR and/or Payroll system, and although there is no requirement to have previous experience with Kronos this would of course be advantageous. The salary on offer is £23,00 - £26,000 depending on experience.
