SEO ACCOUNT MANAGER - London - £Neg The overall purpose of this role is to support the Head of SEO and Senior Account Manager in implementing SEO strategy for key clients. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of SEO scopes for our clients, using both internal resource and our network of specialists, in order to achieve client business objectives and targets. The role will be dedicated to driving SEO performance through the day-to-day management and effective implementation for a number of key client accounts. The role: -Setting strategy for clients with Senior AMs/Head of SEO -Designing and implementing Account Development Plans (ADPs) -Managing delivery of client work according to agreed timelines -Monitoring client performance against target and taking action as required -Tasking client work out to the agency network -Delivering high quality reports and insights for clients -Development and training of junior staff -Helping set client budgets with Head of SEO -Proactively identify workflow efficiencies to counter ineffective process within the team -Proactively use all tools and technologies at your disposal -Identify and share emerging tools and technologies -Proactively monitor for industry updates and share with the wider team -Proactively keep abreast of industry news and contribute suggestions -Contributing to and supporting marketing activities Accountabilities / Responsibilities: -Client Strategy -Responsible for ensuring that the clients have very clear objectives -Client Roadmap -Ensuring all clients have an ongoing 3 month Account Development Plan (ADP) -Client Measurement -Ensuring all clients have a clear set of KPI’s -Client Feedback -Ensuring client feedback is taken into account, and strategy adjusted accordingly -Client Performance -Responsible for ensuring that client performance is monitored on an ongoing basis -Client Profitability -Ensuring that clients remain within acceptable margins Requirements: -Minimum 1 year’s experience in SEO Marketing -Clear passion for digital marketing, strong understanding of SEO -Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint -Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines -Proven time management skills, strong project management skills -Impeccable attention to detail -A mathematical and analytical mind -Ability to manipulate large amounts of data -Highly organised and an ability to multi-task -Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills -Good negotiation skills This a superb opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative and forward thinking digital hub with a huge client base.
