Digital Marketing Manager Zen Internet is a highly respected ISP operating within the B2B and B2C space, based in the North West. Winner of 18 consecutive Which? Awards for service with an impressive heritage, we have exciting and ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years. To help deliver on these within their core and new business areas, we’re seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy. In this crucial role, you will lead the digital marketing team to deliver all aspects of the digital experience with Zen, including website optimisation, content marketing and SEO, CRM development, email marketing and social. Your team will provide vital digital support to the three Channel Marketing Managers to enable them to deliver their strategic plans for the divisions. You will work closely with senior teams across the entire business, to develop and deliver enhanced digital capabilities. Data is the key to successful digital marketing and we need you to help to develop a single customer view, and enable our marketing campaigns to be managed efficiently from Pardot and Salesforce. You will need to work closely with our Systems Development team to achieve this important goal. You will need a high level of technical understanding to be able to contribute in this role. You’ll be responsible for the overall digital strategy as well as the development, management and maintenance of our wide portfolio of websites to meet current and future requirements of the business. You’ll also use sound data analysis to support and track our multichannel campaigns (online and offline). This is a highly collaborative role and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll have first class inter-personal skills and be comfortable working very closely with representatives from across the business, devolving responsibility for the timely development and delivery of content whilst ensuring our online presence is consistent, fresh and meets the needs of Zen, its customers and suppliers. Candidate Profile Experience in managing a digital marketing team with proven results. Experience of developing and implementing a multichannel digital strategy. Experience of implementing an SEO strategy with proven results. Experience of evaluating and improving the online customer journey. Good understanding of information architectures, user flow diagrams & wireframes and of inputting business requirements into projects. Highly familiar and able to set up and use Google Analytics, Tea Leaf, Screaming Frog, Pardot, as well as social media systems such as SproutSocial, PR monitoring tools like Cision as well as content management systems. Daily experience in Salesforce as a CRM. Experience of managing websites, intranets, social media and e-marketing campaigns. Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire. Web development project planning identifying key tasks, dependencies and critical paths and managing daily project activities to meet plans. Enthusiastic about the Internet, content, e-commerce and data driven decisions. Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring marketing activities ROIs. Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments and understand the implications. Innovative - the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals. Confident with CMS, Usability, HTML, DHTML, CSS. XML, UML and Dreamweaver experience would be an asset. Experience of working in a technical environment would be a massive asset. Evidence of technical understanding is required.
