The Company : Established 2006, our client is a specialist business services organisation and regional market-leader in their sector. The Role: Reporting to the board, the job incumbent will take responsibility for all promotional and marketing activity, including online/offline communications, events, digital marketing, social media strategy and promotional activity. Other key Responsibilities include the delivery of events, including seminars, exhibitions, participation in professional trade show and recruitment fairs etc, a key role in strategy/direction, KPI management reporting and teh supervision of agencies/suppliers The Ideal Candidate is likely to be a graduate in Marketing, Media or Communications or possibly the holder of a recognised/accredited digital Marketing qualification (perhaps 'Google Squared'). To be considered you must possess a minimum of three years’ relevant post-grad’ experience, perhaps at Marketing Officer or Senior Executive level. Strong interpersonal skills – written and verbal - are essential, with an concise and economical writing style to suit online content. It is also of course critical that you possess strong digital marketing skills and have prior online campaign delivery/analytics experience. The ability to supervise and work effectively with supplier agencies is also important - i.e direct them through a project process, be it a social media campaign or a major event. You must be a dynamic multi-tasker who is not afraid to 'muck in' with the detail and will display a positive ‘can-do’ work attitude at all times. You will need to communicate effectively - and impressively - with senior management, staff and clients/customers on a consistent basis.
