The ideal candidate would have a real passion for all things digital THE ROLE OF ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE: Drive performance of the company’s websites, with a focus on improving search engine rakings, increasing traffic and achieving revenue targets attributable to web leads. Formulate audience personas and ensure the website features conversion points appropriate for various sales stages for each group. Oversee all SEM, both paid and organic, and report on performance and return on investment. Write informative and effective search engine optimised copy To create and upload all content and imagery to the sites. Collate and report monthly on performance statistics for all web marketing and apps, using these statistics to influence future digital activity. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE: Experience managing integrated paid and organic search engine and social media marketing. Good copy-writing and communicating skills. Experience of display, native and contextual advertising as well as retargeting across multiple channels. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Knowledge of website analytics tools and their limitations, as well as key online KPIs. Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
