A global blue chip FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Demand Planning Coordinator to provide support to the Supply Chain Relationship Team on a fixed term contract up until June 2017. The successful Demand Planning Coordinator will be an excellent communicator and be used to prioritising and managing multiple tasks to achieve deadlines within a fast paced environment. Demand Planner Coordinator Responsibilities: Collate weekly forecast changes Manipulate data in Excel to support the forecast upload process Maintain and develop the team Excel tools Maintain Scorecards for key performance indicators. Prepare for & attend meetings to understand performance Liaise with Forecast Managers to achieve supply chain KPIs, to optimise supply chain activity, to drive and balance improved service with cost reduction Ensure key stakeholders are updated with latest information to ensure that they are aligned with forecast demand / activity. Ensure all business processes are followed. Identify improvement opportunities and drive through actions to deliver these. Provide support for Supply Chain Relationship Co-ordinators as appropriate You will ideally be in a similar role within the FMCG manufacturing environment, possess strong administration skills and be competent in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP is deemed highly advantageous.
