Responsibilities Employment Administration Assist in Information Management HR Advice Line Recruitment Clerical Support to HR teams Service Improvement The Individual Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment eg photocopier, e-mail, intra/internet. Clerical/administration/typing experience Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above, preferably including English Understanding of key interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to tackle issues sensitively, discretely and in confidence Effective organisational skills/time management with the ability to respond to conflicting and competing priorities Flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure Ability to record information accurately Self motivated Strong customer care skills and focus Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Confident, efficient and reliable Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to relate well with all levels of staff Strong team working skills Willingness to accept direction/ delegation Appreciation, acceptance of and commitment to importance of confidentiality Approachable, tactful and helpful manner Temporary until March 2017 Closing Date: 21 October 2016 Starting Salary: £15,909 (pro rata) £8.44 per hour 18.13 hours per week Proposed Interview Date: week commencing 31 October 2016 For further information contact HR 01343 563261 This job was originally posted as
