Due to continuing business success and growth our client now has a fantastic opportunity available for a Resourcing Manager to join their team. Client Details Large organisation based in South West Description Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in corporate resourcing who will be able to assist in developing resourcing strategy and who will recruit at all levels of the business and provide bespoke recruiting solutions at a strategic level, to a variety of departments with individual talent requirements. The Resourcing Manager will take a holistic approach understanding the resourcing needs of the business Profile The ideal Resourcing Manager: In order to be successful for this role, you will need proven experience within a Resourcing background and experience in providing bespoke solutions to identified business need. You will also need: - Sound knowledge of employment law and resourcing best practice - Experience of working in a commercial environment - Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify and prioritise business requirements - Computing skills: MSWord, Excel, Outlook.
