An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a fantastic company based in Theale, Berkshire on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As an Application support Analyst/Finance Analyst you will have the following skills/experience; Essential Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology Your Experience & Knowledge: Essential MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint Desirable JDE OneView, Sales Order Entry Apttus CPQ and CLM Aria Systems Billing Your Skills: Essential Ability to multi-task and prioritise and handle multiple requests Experience supporting business applications Problem solving skills Self-directed, self-motivated, ability to work independently The Opportunity for a Business Application Support Analyst: The primary duty is to ensure all Sales Contracts are properly entered, authorised and processed within the One View Billing System in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring the contract details have been entered correctly and match the physical contract querying with the business users where there are issues. Secondary: Support user queries on company business applications environment including but not exclusively - One View Billing, SOM Quote, SOM Contract Approval, work issues to completion and close tickets raised by users, manage quote and billing data issues to completion. Assist with the Testing of New System Functionality including development and execution of test plans. Ensure relationships and interfaces with Application Users, Apps Developers, Finance and Product Teams are built to allow user, system and product queries to be resolved efficiently Key Responsibilities for an Application Support Analyst: Data Entry - Enter billing information onto contract database One View - Ensure data integrity is maintained during manual contract entry processing SOM Quote Tool - Undertake First line support of SOM Quote Process - Support the management of mapping data for the conversion of old data in the quote process Contract Approval Process - Undertake first line support of the contract approval system - Support the management of rules with the business users - Perform System administration tasks for system Product Catalogue - Assist business in setup of new products - Assist business in management of pricing Apttus CPQ and Aria Billing - Provide, first level support to users of newly implemented Apttus Quoting and Aria Billing applications.
