What you’ll do You will be an integral part of expanding or transforming varied client’s businesses wanting to improve, integrate or rationalise operations whilst considering the opportunities and impact of new technologies You will provide a fresh perspective, a wealth of experience and an independent and objective voice. There are no commercial alliances with third parties, and no internal sales incentives. This means you are free to focus solely on what is right for the client. You will have rounded management experience, combining both strategy and delivery skills as an appreciation of both disciplines is essential. It ensures that strategic plans are practical and implementable while delivery programmes remain strategically aligned. What you’ll bring . The aim is to develop talented consultants rather than hire in at senior levels. Too early and they will not be able to do the work they do. Too late and they could exploit the full set of accelerated career development benefits that they offer offer. Successful candidates typically will have 6-10 years of consultancy experience. Strong academics The right level of consulting experience within a consulting firm (manager) Significant project management experience, including the following skills: Planning Stakeholder management Understanding how to resource up projects Managing/leading teams Presenting for approval/signoff In-depth experience of at least one of the key project phases Exposure to large projects (although not necessarily managing) What’s on offer The chance to broaden your professional knowledge: Strategy, leading transformation programmes, reviews etc. It’s not for everyone, but their model requires their consultants to work across their full range of services.
