Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting Business Analyst position to join their office based in Guildford. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, ever changing environment and want to grow with the business as they continue to expand. As part of this successful team you will participate in, support and lead change initiatives by deploying business analysis and change management knowledge to stakeholders within the business. Key responsibilities for the Business Analyst: Gather, identify, analysing and documenting business requirements for change projects Correctly identify and define issues Work closely with stakeholders to deliver change information Analyse existing business processes for improvement Work closely with Project Managers Key skills and attributes for the Business Analyst: Previous Business Analyst experience, including exposure to analysing business needs Strong stakeholder management experience Excellent MS Office skills Part-qualified ISEB or similar accreditation highly desirable (ongoing support provided Experience of working in Insurance or a Financial Service business is advantageous Self-motivated Excellent communication skills Customer focused Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines Good analytical skills and attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who has clear progression routes and really do invest in their employees.
