As a Reward and Benefits Analyst you will provide analytical support to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and the Human Resources department. The role also is responsible in assisting with delivering agreed Compensation and Benefits projects and annual pay cycles activities such as annual performance related pay review, quarterly and annual bonus calculations and communications, benefit renewals, etc Client Details Manufacturing/Engineering business Description The successful Reward & Benefits Analyst will be given the opportunity to influence the shape of the compensation & benefits department on site. Key duties and responsibilities will include: Data Analysis Salary Surveys Bonuses and incentives Retention Risk Pay Increases Annual Performance related pay reviews Benefits Project work Administration Efficiencies Coaching and advise to Managers and Employees Profile The successful candidate will have: Strong analytical skills An advanced knowledge of excel with VBA or SQL experience The ability to spot trends and potential errors Be able to interpret key statistical terms and how they are calculated A degree in a relevant discipline Ideally at least 3 years experience in a compensation and benefits role Job Offer Salary up to £45.000benefits This job was originally posted as
