InVictus are currently working with a high profile service provider to find a high performing Account Manager on a large PFI hospital site in Leeds. You will need to have the confidence to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, being responsible for all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators going on to shape the future strategic direction of the contract Ideally you will have similar experience within healthcare PFI environments and be comfortable in the TFM environment. Further you will have held full P&L accountability and managed a large operational team. In return our client is offering a salary of up to £57,000 company car, bonus & corporate package and excellent career progression. Responsible for managing a full FM service, ensuring the highest quality possible. Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash. Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contract. Work with the senior management team and Client to develop and agree strategies that meet the service provision demands, in line with the PFI contract and Engie objectives. To review and continuously improve these to meet changing requirements. Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity. Lead and direct the contract team to ensure we operate a performance culture, improvement and retention of IiP and increased employee engagement. Ensure development of direct reports, and wider team, using regular reviews and training. Develop partnership relationships with Trade Unions to ensure high levels of employee engagement, appropriate structures and performance standards are agreed. Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients.
