An immediate opportunity available for an established and growing family run business, if you are an experienced payroll administrator who is accurate and confident when working at a fast pace with high volume, please apply now THE ROLE Calculating employees’ hours from the electronic clocking card system. Verifying and inputting payroll data from Excel spreadsheets into payroll software. Processing holiday pay or statutory payments such as Sick and Paternity pay. Issuing accurate payment of employees on a weekly basis. Handling and responding to payment queries or discrepancies. Issuing of P45’s and any other relevant tax forms. Liaison with HMRC. Set up of New Starters – HR support. General administrative and ad-hoc duties when required. Monday to Friday 37.5 hours EXPERIENCE A proven PAYROLL background is ESSENTIAL. Excellent accuracy skills with an advanced knowledge of payroll systems. Good PC Skills required. Must be experienced in working in a fast paced environment. Sales/Purchase ledger experience desirable. THE COMPANY Working for an established and well known family run business. A rewarding and autonomous role. THE PACKAGE A basic salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum. Temp to Perm or Permanent contract available. Immediate start available Free parking and onsite facilities.
