Digital Business Analyst (Agile) - Transformation Programme (£200m investment) - £35-45k Hainton Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an Agile Systems Integration business that require Business Analyst's to join their team and work on a major transformation programme (£200m investment) for a large public sector organisation. Job description As a Business Analyst you will: Build highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships; Develop a good working knowledge of business/ subject matter expertise and demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer/ stakeholder needs; Take ownership and be accountable for tasks assigned to you; Develop and critique user stories including acceptance criteria; Become a champion of excellent requirements engineering principles, advising business stakeholders on best practice; Assure IT Supplier testing by review of artefacts, progress reporting and sign off; Flag risks or blockers in advance and voice concerns but offer solutions; Work with the Product Managers, Service Managers and System Architects to refine the services, in light of external factors such as changes to policy, legislation, technology or user requirements; Strive to deliver value for money, making challenge when appropriate; Seek continual improvement opportunities within own and other development teams; Motivate self and others to do a good job, build a strong team ethos; Engage in a Business Analyst Community of Practice and share knowledge and best practice; Communicate effectively with a wide range of digital delivery disciplines and talent both internally and externally.
