HR & Office Manager Cheltenham 28 - 35k Fantastic and rare opportunity to join an established company in a newly created role. You will provide support at a high level across HR, office management and facilities. HR Generalist assisting with all personnel issues, , including new starters, leavers, disciplinary, travel, accommodation, employment contracts, offer letters, employment references, absence, health and safety Induction of new staff members: organising computer, mobile phones, desk and laptop. Coordination with compliance department for new joiner packs. Coordinating collective insurance schemes and discounts available to employees Presence of employees during office hours, tracking holiday entitlement etc. Managing the administrative operations of the office Organisation and allocation of meeting rooms for different groups within the office Organisation of lunches for external guests Generally responsible for the public presentation of the office and its facilities Coordination of relevant contracts (telephone, mobile phones, printer, cleaners etc.) together with central IT and operations staff Maintaining the usual office consumables and ensuring they are appropriately stocked and accessible Managing junior resource, enabling them to develop professionally and take on more responsibility ¬Supporting other support staff in arranging travel where necessary. Experience Previous experience in a HR / Office /Operations role. Confident communication skills Advanced technical skills with Word, Excel Strong organisational skills, proactive approach.
