Service Desk Team Leader (IT Support Supervisor Bloomberg Reuters Helpdesk Active Directory Outlook Exchange Team Lead Manager Banking Finance London) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience: Current or recent team lead experience for a team of 3 engineers- mentoring team, handling technical escalations, training, delegating work, overseeing projects Excellent Exchange and Active Directory user administration Support experience within a Windows infrastructure environment The following would be DESIRABLE but is not essential: Citrix XenApp PowerShell Scripting Office 365 Role: Service Desk Team Leader (Desktop Helpdesk IT Support 1st line 2nd line Team Lead) required by my banking client in London. Your role will be 70% hands-on technical support and 30% technical escalations and delegation of work to team members. You will be responsible for the supervision and mentorship of 8 junior service desk engineers, supporting 1500 UK based users. The technical environment is largely Windows with a combination of 3rd party and in-house built applications. The role offers an excellent opportunity for progression and to develop leadership skills for future management roles.
