Ethernet Solution & Change Coordinator - Order placement, Pricing, Order validation, Customer enquiries. Ethernet Solution & Change Coordinator is required by our client - a dynamic, agile and profitable voice and data services company who has become one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK telecommunications market over the last few years. Overview: The Ethernet Solution and Change Administrator is responsible for providing desk based customer focused support, guiding our Channel Partners through the order submission process for data and voice services managed out of the Delivery team. Key elements of the role involve the creation of order documents, verifying the validity of information received and providing a preliminary assessment of delivery requirements and timescales which may require the involvement of our Product Management, Pre-Sales and Project Management functions. Essential Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Telecoms industry , in particular dealing directly with business resellers for Ethernet pricing queries and customer ordering administration. General Excellent verbal and written communication Confident self-starter Responsive to change, operating within a fast paced Wholesale/Business Telecommunications environment. Recognise opportunities for improvement across the business to develop the IP product range and Project Office capability. Skills Ability to manage and prioritise workload Competent user of Microsoft operating systems and applications; Office, Sharepoint.IT related qualifications preferable. Educated to tertiary level with minimum GCSE in English, Maths and Science. A degree or equivalent would be desirable. The role in detail First Point customer contact Understand high level requirements, limitations and indicative timescales for solutions Identify if requirements fall outside of Business As Usual Deliveries, drawing in Pre-Sales and Project expertise as required Identify Channel Partner systems access and training requirements Responsible for delivering service which provides an excellent customer experience Order Administration Facilitate the completion of the Customer Requirements Form Provide the Customer Requirements Form Validate returned forms for mandatory information & accuracy Verify Partner generate quotes are valid & match the requirements specified on the Customer Requirement Forms Identify & implement areas for improvement (product, system or process) Maintain specific documentation e.g. customer specifications, processes & training material Reporting: Produce daily status reports for all orders within the validation stage Provide performance metrics for the Administration function Salary: £18k to £22k (dependent upon experience) plus excellent benefits Bonus Pension scheme Life assurance Income protection Childcare vouchers and paid paternity leave Enhanced maternity / adoption payment and return to work bonus Numerous online discounts Eye care vouchers Ride2Work scheme Paid time off for volunteering initiatives 25 days Leave, with option to buy/sell holiday days, plus English public holidays This job was originally posted as
