Trade Desk Support Engineer Overview Our client is a leading Hedge Fund, currently looking to recruit a Trade Desk Support Engineer to join their well-established business. The Trade Desk Support Engineer will provide technical support for an active trading environment and will be responsible for deploying and sustaining their systems and applications, which are directly utilised by their end users. Location: London Salary: £70-80k benefits Key Qualifications/Experience Educated to degree level Ideally, the Trade Desk Support Engineer will have 2-6 years’ experience of providing IT support to enterprise clients A strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft Office and Active Directory Some experience with PowerShell A working knowledge of Windows desktop and server hardware, including performance optimisation Possess a sense of urgency and a proactive nature Effective written and verbal communication skills A good team player Key Responsibilities Providing technical support to an active trading environment Deploying and maintaining systems and applications Working closely with front and back office employees to support their technology needs Implementing the latest technologies and assisting with the management of their highly available infrastructure Providing application support and troubleshooting Supporting and providing technical solutions Liaising with internal contacts to determine best course of action Learning and developing technical expertise This position can accommodate an immediate start, so if you’re interested, please get in touch on 0203 829 5900.
