We are seeking a Desktop Support / Service Desk Engineer to join our specialist global recruitment business on a temporary basis. Working as part of the wider Technology group, the Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for supporting all End Users throughout the global organisation and exceeding end user expectations. This position will also participate in key projects by providing support, managing incidents and will co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors. A successful candidate will; Have 2 years' Service Desk / Desktop / Helpdesk Support experience; as well as experience in supporting and working with Active Directory 2012 and Office 365 Demonstrate a working knowledge of NTFS permissions Be able to provide support for Android, iOS and windows mobiles and tablets and deploy company devices in line with policy Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals; as well as providing general admin of cable management and patch panels Manage PBX switch and desktop telephony including softphone X-Lite Support Polycom Video Conferencing and Skype Have a basic understanding of LAN / WAN Build and image laptops and workstations on Windows 10 Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to all internal customers, answer support queries via phone and via the ticketing system; resolving tickets and service requests via Remedyforce within a 24-hour window If you would like to be considered for the above role, please send your CV to Daniel Isaacs at Hydrogen Group Interviews for this position will be open from Friday 14th October 2016 with a view to start ASAP.
