IT 2nd Line Support Analyst Location - central London Salary - £Excellent benefits A UK top 20 leading accountancy firm are seeking excellent 2nd Line Support Analysts to join their IT team, located in the company's London office. This exciting opportunity will see you doing a myriad of duties, primarily providing outstanding customer service and being a part of their high quality technical support team. As a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst you will make sure a high level of customer service and support is given; provide troubleshooting solutions for desktop and laptop hardware and resolve any software issues. In addition, you will also be providing assistance and support to your technical team and the Head of IT and also have the opportunity to contribute to help improve the firm's systems, procedures and knowledge base IT 2nd Line Support Analyst - Technical Skills Strong MS Windows 7 knowledge Strong MS Office 2010 knowledge MS Windows server 2008/2012 XenDesktop 7.9 Understanding of TCP/IP Experience with VMWare Workstation for troubleshooting IT 2nd Line Support Analyst - Individual skill s Work well under pressured environments Strong Communicator Desire to be part of an achieving team Excellent problem solving skills Good time management skills Lateral thinker This position will give you exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities and offer you to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamic technical IT team.
