A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to work for a central London organisation. This is a six month contract role so you must be immediately available and have experience in working within a similar role where you have produced agenda's, communication material and evaluation strategies to a large audience. Client Details The department this role will be working for is set to go through a period of change and transformation over the next 12 months across the UK so the ideal candidate will be adaptable, discreet and self-motivated. Description Main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing an internal communications and engagement plan for the organisations new transformation programme Leading a short term audience insight project, understanding more clearly how and when staff access information Developing an evaluation strategy, using quantitative data and qualitative methods to understand the reach and impact of the communications channels Leading the internal communications activities for various departmental campaigns working closely with the HR, commercial, IT and other teams within the department Deputising for the Head of the Team, as needed and being able to communicate confidently and openly with senior leaders when required Profile You will work closely with the transformation leads and the Chair of the departmental Staff Group. The role and the team sit central to agenda's set out by senior stakeholders so the ability to communicate, persuade and troubleshoot at a higher level is a must to be successful within this role. Internally the organisation has launched a new transformation programme that is looking at how they are structured and how they can continue to deliver senior stakeholders priorities as effectively as possible.
