Payroll Administrator West London Permanent up to £26,000 per annum plus benefits Our client a leading healthcare provider are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis within their head office located in West London. Main Duties and Responsibilities To provide support to the Payroll Manager in all areas of the payroll process. To process all monthly payroll information quickly and efficiently, working to strict deadlines. To finalise the monthly payrolls for the two monthly pay runs; hourly and salary. To co-ordinate with the outsourced processing bureau and facility administrators to ensure timely and efficient flow of monthly salary & hourly related information. To assist with resolving day to day queries and providing support to the site administrators To assist in compiling the weekly payroll numbers for the weekly KPI. To process monthly AOE’s and ensure these are reconciled to supporting documentation and paid on time To exercise the upmost discretion when dealing with a variety of sensitive information and situations. Assisting the Payroll Manager with year-end returns such as P35 and the Teachers Pensions return. Experience and Skills Required Self-starter - ability to work on own initiative Utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information . Excellent people skills and communication skills are essential Strong problem solving skills Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines Team Player – maintaining close working relationships with proven communication and interpersonal skills.
