PPC Executive Main Purpose of the role: To support the PPC and Affiliates Manager in the cost effective acquisition of relevant new customers, through the development and analysis of the Paid Search channel, both in the UK and Internationally. ? To take the lead in creating, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns to deliver cost effective traffic and sales to the company’s online channels, delivering efficiencies and maximising opportunities in this medium. ? Key Tasks – Paid Search: Create, manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns utilising relevant tools such as Google Adwords, Microsoft Ad centre, Google Analytics and Omniture Reporting Suite Assist in managing the agency performance for International Paid Search Create, maintain and optimise Paid Search campaigns, in consultation with the PPC and Affiliates Manager. Take responsibility for the on-going maintenance and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns Manage Paid Search budgets to ROI/CPA targets Keep up to date with and ensure best practice Paid Search techniques are followed Provide recommendations for the improvement of Paid Search campaigns Regularly review and take appropriate action on competitor activity Ensuring Paid Search activity is correctly set up and tagged to provide reporting/forecasting through web analytics Person Specification – skills, personality, experience: Essential Previous experience of managing profitable Paid Search campaigns either in a client-side or agency role in UK and/or International Thorough understanding of online marketing techniques and the principles of ecommerce Experience with Online Analytics tools and the principles and measurement of KPIs Excellent organisational and planning skills.? An understanding of SEO techniques and processes Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and as a team player Desirable: Adwords qualified Experience of using Microsoft ad centre Exposure to the retail or fashion industry An understanding of the fundamentals of HTML?
