The Job The role of the TibCo Lead Integration Support / Administrator will work closely with TibCo Developers, hosting partner) and In-house Service Desks, and will possess strong ownership and control qualities along with a solid technical background in TibCo applications. You will lead the technical support function for integration, perform capacity management, maintenance, and upgrade activities on the TibCo integration applications and services. You will also review support documentation and identify, propose & implement improvements where necessary – with a particular focus on monitoring and alerting The purpose of the Integration Work stream is to make independently designed systems like applications, devices and data working together. What You Will Be Doing As the lead Integration Support / Administrator for the Customer hub you will be a key member of the Service & Support team, working closely with the TibCo Development team, evaluating and accepting integration solutions for the SAP C4C CRM systems, and ensuring they are documented and delivered in line with best practice approach and customer expectations You will interact with the Customer hub Service Desk and C4C application support teams to ensure they understand the solutions, failure scenarios, and likely resolution routes for common issues - performing a 2nd / 3rd level support role in case of integration related incidents and/or partner SLA breaches. You will also be the focal point of communication for changes to the GIP platform, co-ordinating between key parties, including escalations to and engagement with TibCo product vendor where necessary. You will review high level design documents for new services to ensure they will be capable of supporting existing agreed SLAs once developed, constructively challenging and validating readiness prior to the point of acceptance into Production. What We Are Looking For Strong interpersonal, influencing, and co-ordination skills to build & maintain effective relationships with diverse groups / individuals Solid and demonstrated ability to diagnose failure scenarios & identify root cause issues under pressure Demonstrable experience of support and administration in the following TibCo products: - Tibco Enterprise Admin (TEA) & Enterprise Messaging Server (EMS) - Hawk WebConsole Administration & Hawk Configuration (rules, alerts) - BusinessWorks 6.x Administration & Development, Rendezvous Administration Background in Linux and shell scripts for starting / stopping of instances XML schemas, XSLT, Java, SQL Elastic Search, Kibana Experience in any non-TIBCO middleware is a good to have At least Six (6) years of overall experience supporting web services and enterprise-scale application integration solutions Experience with IBM Websphere, Oracle/BEA WebLogic or similar technologies Experience with RESTful, JSON, XML, SOAP web service Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and escalate issues for a timely resolution Self-motivated individual with effective collaboration qualities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education Language skills: English and (beneficial) German business fluent Preferably a certified TIBCO practitioner This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/66864029
