Remote Support from office / receiving and dealing with customer support calls Occasionally attending scheduled On-site visits & Emergency onsite visits Taking on escalated support tickets. Liaise with 3rd party suppliers on customer's behalf Planning and managing Support Ticket queue's Carrying out Project Work Coaching of front-line team and Systems Team members when required Manage Internal systems On Call - rota based. Quality of Service - consistent and just beyond client expectations Creative ideas for new, or improved service offerings Flexible working hours Knowledge required / Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience as escalation point Experience in network installations and troubleshooting (TCP/ DCHP/ DNS / VPN / Routers / Switches) Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting various Server operating systems: Windows SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 / Windows Server 2003 to 2012. Experience in Microsoft Exchange Server from 2003 up to 2013 Experience in Microsoft Hyper-V Experience in Microsoft Azure Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Backup Exec Experience in setting up and managing Office 365 Experience in setting up and managing Anti-Spam A MCITP / MSCE / MSCA qualification is also desirable. Experience in the following areas are desirable: Experience with Cisco equipment N-Able Connectwise 3CX Specific skills and experience required.
