Problem Manager -ITIL/Incident I'm looking for someone who can readily articulate service excellence to a growing service delivery function. Can you elaborate "what looks good" in Incident, Problem and Change management? This could be for you. You will have exceptional experience of incident management, with strong commercial experience of problem management. You will be well versed in creating service improvement through effective problem management and be able to improve existing policies and processes. You will be able to draw on reports (mostly automated) and create dashboards to effectively manage 3rd parties and improve service through stringent SLAs. You will have solid business engagement experience and be well versed in everything ITIL. The role is paying £45,000 plus exceptional benefits. Sanderson PLC is an equal opportunities employer.
