Are you a Welsh speaking IT graduate, IT Service Desk or IT Support Analyst with excellent customer skills? We are working with a leading cloud solutions technology company who are willing to pay re-location costs for a Welsh speaker with some technical knowledge and great customer skills to work from their new offices close to Bushey, Hertfordshire near the M1 but within easy travelling distance of London. RELOCATION PAID. The company will develop your skills and experience and will also help you to obtain certifications and qualifications with Microsoft and associated products. They're a Microsoft Gold Certified and Alliance Partner and have just moved into a brand new open plan office with lots of windows and natural light on a new business park with a Starbucks Coffee and gym on site. Most of all they're a great bunch of people with a great company culture. You'll be dealing with a UK wide user base, but the company has some major Welsh clients hence the need for a Welsh speaker. You'll get to deal with a wide range of, primarily Microsoft based, technical issues from users of all levels of experience and seniority. Support could be on anything from a password reset through to some very complex issues. There will be lots of talking on the phone but also the chance to sometimes visit client sites in Wales and also attend industry events and conferences. The company is a leader in their technology field, priding themselves on the quality of their products but also the technical support they provide and the customer experience throughout. It's a very friendly working environment with 8 people on the Service Desk. There is around 20 people in the office, with others hot-desking at various times, plus a team off offshore developers and testers. You: First and foremost you will be able to speak Welsh Ideally you will be an IT Graduate or have some experience within technical support, either hands-on or working on an IT Service Desk Either way you will have excellent customer skills and a passion for delivering a superb customer experience This is a great opportunity, working with a company that really believes in developing your talent and offering you long-term career development and progression sounds Working hours are 9am until 5.30pm (but that can be flexible) and starting salary is between £20,000 at £24,000 plus benefits.
