Reward Advisor I am currently working with a FTSE Listed business who are recruiting a Reward Advisor to join their team. The Reward Advisor will report into the Reward Manager and will be responsible for the support and delivery of the group Reward agenda. The Reward Advisor will work collaboratively with the team to support on a number of initiatives including Global Grading Job evaluation Salary Bench marking Benefits Pension Quires Share Plans/Incentives Bonus Executive Compensation The Reward Advisor will also interact with the business and provide a high touch client service, you will also work closely with the Senior HR team to present data and provide advice around Reward policy and best practice. This is a great role for a high potential candidate looking to take a step up into a more business facing role. You will also gain exposure to a broad range of activities which will provide a great learning curve for an inquisitive and enthusiastic individual. Ideally you will have minimum of 3 years experience in Reward will have had 2 life cycles of Reward, strong stakeholder relationships, not an expert in Pensions but be able to answer pension queries. As with all Reward roles, Excellent Excel, Numeracy and attention to detail is required. Salary 38k to 42k, plus bonus, 28 days holiday plus statutory holidays, contribution pension, life assurance, healthcare scheme, flexible benefits, life assurance, accident cover, share-scheme.
