We are actively seeking an experienced Reception Manager to work in a luxury hotel based in the outskirts of Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a company which offer progression and opportunity. The role will include: · Staff Management · Responsible for Rota’s · Providing high levels of customer service at all times · Ensuring all kpis are hit with regards to sales targets · Ensure that the billing processes and procedures are in place and adhered by all staff, to ensure that all revenues are captured and paid for by the guests. Follow up any outstanding bills in timely manner. · Ensure that correct procedures are in place Training of new recruits · Ensure that all staff at all levels are suitably trained, equipped with appropriate skills and motivated to exceed customer service expectations · Hold departmental meetings · Resolve any queries or issues in a professional and timely manner · Provide support to the department The ideal candidate will: · Have experience in a similar position · Ideally worked within a Hotel previously · Hard working and committed · Strong communication and organizational skills This job was originally posted as
