I am currently looking for a Quality Project Manager for an 8 month contract on a Medical Device site based in Switzerland. This may looking to extend and they are looking for an immediate to 4 weeks’ notice at the latest start. This role can either be an 8 month contract on an hourly rate basis OR you can choose to be a permanent member of staff and once the project in Switzerland has finished my client will move you to another project in mainland Europe or the UK. The salary for the permanent role is 100,000 CHF (Swiss Francs) Travel & accommodation is covered by our client for both contract and permanent. The Role: The Quality PM is responsible for the implementation and oversight of a new process supporting supply chain and portfolio management. This process will include product rationalization and facilitation/coordination/tracking of compliant documentation by all functional groups. Project Stakeholders include: Quality, PD, Operations, Marketing, Supplier Quality, Reg Affairs, Post Market, Planning, etc. The PM will support implementation to ensure consistent execution across all groups, facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings/communications to educate project teams on how to document process activities, provide guidance to project team when needed, and track project status to provide updates to client management. The PM will need to be Hands-On and able to support multiple functional groups in parallel. Required Skills: · Five years in a project management role, preferably in the medical device industry · Experience with running Quality Projects in a regulated environment, understanding of regulatory compliance, GxP is a Must Have · Proficient in MS Project, Powerpoint, and Excel (including tracker development, pivot tables) highly desired. · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks and be detail oriented · Ability to coordinate and lead project meetings, present updates to executive management Desired Skills: · Medical Device Experience, Knowledge of orthopedic implants a plus · Quality or Compliance Background, experience with Product Lifecycle Management a plus · Experience with Enterprise wide or Global projects a plus · German language is highly desirable BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience If this role sounds of interest please apply with your most up to date CV and I will call you to discuss.
