Our client is looking for a skilled L&D Consultant to provide a robust consultancy service to the business. The role requires the job holder to advise the business on appropriate L&D solutions, offer support and guidance and take an active role in some of the key projects happening within the business. Key responsibilities Identify, design, deliver and evaluate training solutions to meet the needs of individuals, teams and the business Deliver the in-house training programme Become a competent expert user of the in-house management system in order to provide support and advice to the business and to optimise employee usage Collate, analyse and create metrics for evaluation purposes Assist with managing the Learning & Development budget Implement new/innovative training solutions by reading relevant journals, attending seminars and relevant courses Support, implement and maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance with the companies Information Security Policy Assist with key projects happening within the business Person Spec CIPD qualified Strong proven Learning & Development experience including managing and delivering the full Learning and Development life-cycle Experience of designing, delivering and implementing training and development programmes (including management and leadership development) Have previous experience of working in a fast paced, generalist HR department in a Learning and Development/Training role Previous experience of working with a Learning Management System would be advantageous This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66894804
