The role of Customer Services Manager is a challenging and rewarding role. During the construction and sale of new properties, the Customer services manager is responsible for ensuring that quality control measures are maintained, whilst working hand in glove with site personnel to achieve overall Customer Satisfaction. Often, this role will be a customer facing and therefore a confident, empathetic disposition will be required, together with a technical knowledge of building practices and NHBC standards. This important role will report directly to the Managing Director. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are key, with an ability to lead and influence a maintenance team. IT literacy is paramount and a strong command of the English language, both written and oral. A current driving licence is required as there will be a company car offered or car allowance to enable site visits and extensive travel between developments. Sometimes, weekend working is necessary to meet customer demands. Whilst this isn’t a regular feature, you should be prepared to oblige at weekends where absolutely necessary.
